Your Order's Journey: Step by Step
Day 0
Order Placed & Payment Confirmed
You receive an order confirmation email with your order number and a payment receipt. Your order enters our pharmacy dispensing queue.
Day 1–2
Dispensing & Quality Check
Your items are picked and dispensed. Each product undergoes a visual inspection and batch number recording. Prescription items are verified against your uploaded Rx document before dispensing.
Day 2–3
Discreet Packaging & Dispatch
Your order is packed in plain, tamper-evident outer packaging with no pharmacy branding visible externally. Customs declaration forms are completed accurately with declared product values. You receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number.
Day 3–12
International Transit
Your package travels via our carrier network from India to a US gateway facility (typically New York JFK, Chicago O'Hare, or Los Angeles LAX). You can track real-time progress with your tracking number at India Post, EMS, or our courier partner's website.
Day 10–16
US Customs Clearance
Your package clears US Customs and Border Protection (CBP). Personal-use quantities of supplements and OTC products generally clear without issue. In rare cases, US Customs may inspect or hold a package — see our customs guidance below.
Day 10–21
USPS Last-Mile Delivery
After customs clearance, your package is transferred to USPS for final delivery to your address. You will receive tracking updates as it moves through USPS's domestic network. Most orders arrive within this window from the date of dispatch.

We understand that healthcare is personal. Every GlobalIndia Pharmacy order is shipped in plain outer packaging with no indication of the contents, no pharmacy name, and no medical terminology visible on the outside of the package.

US Customs: What You Need to Know
The US Food and Drug Administration's (FDA) personal importation policy generally permits US residents to import a 90-day supply of medications for personal use, provided the medication does not pose an unreasonable risk, and the individual affirms the medication is for personal use only.
Dietary supplements (including Ayurvedic herbal products) are not prescription drugs and are not subject to the same import restrictions. They clear customs as standard commercial goods under HTS codes for dietary supplements.

While we make every effort to ensure smooth customs clearance, GlobalIndia Pharmacy cannot guarantee customs outcomes for every shipment. US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has the authority to inspect, delay, or seize any international package at its discretion. In such cases, we will work with you to reship eligible orders. Customers are responsible for understanding their local regulations regarding importation of health products.
